I also undertake not to ever raise any objection about Mount Elbert Central University’s legal status to take my award. I also undertake not to demand refund of fee / charges paid by me. Incase of any dispute / differences / claim or disciplinary action, settlement by Mount Elbert Central University shall be applicable.
